The Barangay Information Management System (BIMS) is a comprehensive, modular digital governance platform designed to support the administrative, financial, and service operations of the Barangay.

BIMS centralizes core government functions into an integrated system composed of seventeen (17) functional modules, each tailored to address a specific operational area within the Barangay structure. These modules collectively streamline processes, improve transparency, enhance data integrity, and strengthen institutional continuity.
